Our team’s involvement with the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has steadily evolved into the New Year. The vehicle continues to garner accolades at the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), most notably winning Car of the Year honors. Over the past year, we’ve told you about some noteworthy awards that our Chevrolet Corvette Stingray press kit received from the advertising, print, packaging and graphic design industries. Most recently, we were tasked with creating new, eye-catching materials for the Stingray’s appearance at the 2014 NAIAS Press Preview days. Our team developed stylish packaging with unique cutouts to house a selection of

We're proud to announce that PCG recently earned another accolade for the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Press Kit: a Gold Award in the prestigious Davey Awards competition in the design/print category. This year’s Davey Award winners were chosen from more than 4,000 entries submitted within 11 different categories, with the Gold Award being the highest honor for each category. Entries were evaluated by their distinction in creative work and by their merits based on the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA) standard of excellence. Premier Communications Group is beyond grateful for the merits and recognition the Corvette kit has received thus far, which also includes

We're thrilled to announce that PCG recently earned a Silver Award in the Media Kits category at the annual Gold Ink Awards for the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray World Debut press kit that we designed. Winning pieces were chosen based on print quality, technical difficulty and overall visual effect. PCG was chosen by General Motors to design and produce the press kit for the

Earlier this year, Victor Saroki & Associates Architects—one of our many longtime clients—reached out to us and expressed the desire to embark on a rebranding process, which would coincide with the firm's 30th anniversary. It's not everyday that you get the chance to partner on a project like this with a company as revered in its industry in metro Detroit and beyond as is Saroki. One of our main objectives was to pull out three areas that differentiate Saroki from its comtemporaries: philosophy, process and team. The common threads between them lied chiefly in the firm's commitment to providing excellent architecture

The excitement is still buzzing from Chevrolet’s surprise announcement of the return of the Corvette Stingray. Well, our engines have been revved for much longer, since we were selected to design and produce the press kit for the unveiling at the 2013 North American International Auto Show. After meeting and brainstorming with designers, engineers and the Chevrolet team, Premier began the design process last August. Not only were we challenged with producing a one-of-a-kind, “collectible” press kit, we were also tasked with including a unique surprise that would disclose that the seventh-generation Corvette would in fact be a Stingray. For this

In an industry where products cover luxury vehicles to street rods (and everything in between), the automobile aftermarket is about to shine its light on Las Vegas, a fitting setting for the white-hot, glitzy trends to be introduced at AAPEX and SEMA Show 2012. Great news! PCG was featured today in Metromode, a leading resource for job growth and development news in Southeast Michigan. The article highlights our recent growth, through which we have seen a rise in startup companies such as SwaggerBids added to our clientbase. Check out an excerpt below: "Since (the economic downturn), the downtown Royal Oak-based PR firm has reinvented itself through its client base, taking on more and more start-ups. One of those new start-up clients is SwaggerBids, an online bidding firm based in Royal Oak. Premier Communications Group has worked to build the start-up's brand and make it more of a household name." Click

When we learned last year that we were honored with eight 2010 American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA, we were thrilled. This year’s recognition has left us positively flattered. We recently received notice that Graphic Design USA has bestowed our team with 11 awards in its 2011 contest for our client work, which covers a variety of industry sectors including printable plastics, automotive, beverages, millwork and construction. The American Graphic Design Awards, the flagship competition of Graphic Design USA magazine for nearly five decades, recognize outstanding graphic design and advertising work. The contest is open to the entire graphic

We’ve had a whirlwind of activity streaming through our office over the past few months. Deadlines have come and gone, and our team has worked hard to churn out some insanely creative work—while still maintaining some level of sanity. Yes, we’re thrilled with the results that we’ve received from all of our clients’ projects. However, we’re admittedly extra pumped about our contribution to the 2011 Chevrolet Volt campaign. Since Chevrolet tapped us earlier this year to produce press materials for the Volt’s launch, we’ve worked closely with General Motors to develop materials that reflect the true spirit of this groundbreaking automobile. With
